Welcome to the foundation of all energy healing work. Before you can heal a blocked chakra or read an aura, you must first understand what these energy centers are, where they came from, and how they function

This module traces the 4,000-year history of chakra knowledge from the Vedic tradition of India to modern energy medicine. You will learn the seven major chakras — their locations, colors, elements, and basic functions.

You will explore the traditional symbols (lotus petals and bija mantras) that have been used for centuries to activate and balance these energy centers.

By the end of this module, you will not only know the chakras intellectually — you will have begun the personal practice of feeling them within your own body. This is where every great healer begins: by healing themselves.

Module 2

Issues with Chakras and Resolving Them

You have learned what the seven chakras are, where they are located, and what they mean. Now we enter the practical heart of healing: recognizing when a chakra is not functioning properly and knowing what to do about it.

This module explores the landscape of chakra imbalance — blocked, underactive, overactive, and chaotic states. You will learn to identify the physical, emotional, and behavioral signs of each chakra in distress.

More importantly, you will begin learning simple, effective healing methods that you can use on yourself and eventually on clients. From visualization and breathwork to sound, movement, and hands-on energy clearing, this module gives you the foundational tools every healer needs.

Module 3

Chakra Healing Tools

You have learned to recognize imbalance and apply simple healing methods. Now it is time to expand your toolkit. This module introduces the most powerful and time-tested tools for chakra healing: stones and crystals, essential oils, pendulums, and Reiki symbols. Each tool has its own language, its own frequency, and its own way of speaking to the energy body. You will learn which stones correspond to which chakras, how to select and cleanse them, and how to use them in client sessions. You will explore the therapeutic properties of essential oils — not just their scent, but their vibrational impact on specific chakras. You will master the pendulum as a diagnostic and clearing tool.
